The team uses efficient data gathering techniques and the latest, most advanced technologies to provide our clients with customized database and report deliverable formats. This presents our clients with cost effective and valuable tools for planning, management, analysis, and reporting purposes.
Team Member Bios:
Matthew A. Clemonds (Manager – GIS, Drafting, & Surveying) is a skilled GIS Consultant with advanced education and expertise integrating field data and attributes, aerial and satellite imagery within a GIS to evaluate asset conditions and land development and environmental issues. He has over 15 years of experience in management and project management. Mr. Clemonds’ experience includes managing and providing technical expertise for GIS, drafting, surveying, safe operations, personnel, team logistics, project planning and implementation, problem solving, and process consulting.
Rachel Isaacs (Project Manager / Customer Relations) is a skilled operations manager and GIS expert. Ms. Isaacs’ experience includes the management of field surveying operations and all related GIS, mapping, and drafting support services. She holds a masters degree from Texas A&M University. She has nearly 10 years of experience with GIS, data acquisition, spatial analysis, and data integration, including several years in the energy industry and the environmental field. She also has extensive project management experience and the ability to deliver excellent service to her clients with impeccable consistency.
Kirk M. Stueve (Senior GIS Analyst/Research Scientist) possesses advanced skills related to data acquisition, spatial analysis, database design, technical/scientific writing, and research. He has nearly 10 years of experience integrating field and remotely sensed data in a GIS environment; including several years in the oil/gas industry and 6 years in academia. He holds a masters degree from the University of Southern California and a PhD from Texas A&M University. Dr. Stueve has published GIS-related work in several scientific journals and has consulted as a research fellow. He also has extensive project management experience and the ability to troubleshoot unique problems.
